heart work

This is a simple fold book, made from a cyanotype of a microscopic image of heart tissue.

the book moves from the big picture (of the microscopic thing) to cell, to the structure of the book- this is the mystery that keeps our blood pumping, our heart fluttering when we encounter beauty and love.

2024, watercolour paper, cyanotype
